Welcome to Bhojanam Inc ("Bhojanam"). By accessing or using our website at bhojanamfoods.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Bhojanam

Bhojanam is a South Indian restaurant based in Ontario, Canada, offering online ordering for food delivery and pickup. Our website allows customers to browse our menu, place orders, make table reservations, and enquire about catering services.

2. Ordering and Payment
  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
  • Payment is accepted via cash on delivery, pickup, or Interac e-Transfer only at this time
  • Orders are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if items become unavailable, with full notification to the customer
  • Order quantities may be modified by our team due to availability — customers will be notified and must approve any changes
3. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Orders may be cancelled by the customer only while the order status is "Order Placed"
  • Once an order is accepted and being prepared, cancellations are not guaranteed
  • Since payment is cash-based, refunds are handled directly with our team — please contact us within 24 hours of your order
  • For catering enquiries, cancellation terms will be discussed and agreed upon separately
4. Delivery
  • Delivery is available within our serviceable areas in Ontario
  • Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary based on demand and traffic conditions
  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate — we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information
5. User Accounts
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Guest orders are permitted without an account
6. Referral Programme

Bhojanam operates a referral programme for registered members. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral programme at any time. Referral codes may not be sold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes.

7. Meal Plans and Subscriptions

Meal plan subscriptions are subject to separate terms communicated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify meal plan offerings and pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

  • Subscriptions are subject to approval by our team before activation
  • A one-time non-refundable deposit of CAD $25 for the Stainless Steel Tiffin Carrier is collected on first delivery
  • Modification requests (pause, skip days, early closure) are subject to admin approval before taking effect
  • Pro-rated wallet credits for approved modifications are calculated based on actual service days remaining
7a. Wallet
  • Registered customers may accumulate a wallet balance through approved meal plan modification credits
  • Wallet credits may be applied towards food orders and meal plan subscriptions at checkout
  • Wallet balances have no expiry date and remain valid indefinitely until used
  • Wallet balances are non-transferable and are linked exclusively to the account holder
  • Wallet credits are not redeemable for cash unless a cash refund is explicitly approved and issued by Bhojanam
  • There is no maximum wallet balance limit
  • Bhojanam reserves the right to adjust wallet balances in cases of error, fraud, or account termination
8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of Bhojanam and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bhojanam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
